The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota is hosting its annual Hoof N Woof 5K race on Saturday, April 20th at the university's St-Paul Campus. The race welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, and you can bring your pets too, but they must be on a leash. Only dogs that are comfortable around other dogs and are up-to-date with their rabies vaccination should be brought along.

Packet pick-up begins at 8:30 am, and the race starts at 9:30 am. After the race, an awards ceremony will take place, and friends and family are welcome to join in the fun! The start/finish area will be on the lawn behind the Gortner Ave Parking Garage.

This year's Hoof N Woof will benefit the Minnesota Association for Pets in Crisis, a non-profit organization that offers temporary housing for pets of domestic violence victims, helping reunite them with their families.
