Our DuraCoat® is a medium weight dog coat. It is one of our best-sellers. The coat is constructed out of three layers of material. It features a durable, water repellant and windproof outer shell, polyester filling, and soft fleece lining. Velcro closure belly strap, reflective tape for enhanced night safety. Howling Dog Alaska logo embroidered on the side. Popular by pet dog owners, hunting dog owners, and mushers alike! Tested and used in 1000 mile long sled dog races!

Measure the neck circumference at the base of the neck (just above shoulder blades):
X-TOY: 12-13 inches
TOY: 14-15 inches
XXS: 16 inches
XS: 17 inches

Measure the length of the back from just above the shoulder blades to the end of the body:
X-TOY: 13 in., body weight under 10 lbs.
TOY: 15 in., bodyweight 10-14 lbs.
XXS: 17 in., bodyweight 15-20 lbs.
XS: 19 in., bodyweight 21-29 lbs.
S: 21 in., bodyweight 30-38 lbs.

Not sure about the size? It is always better for the coat to be a little longer than too short. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO GO WITH A COAT THAT IS ONE SIZE LARGER THAN THE GIVEN BODY LENGTH MEASUREMENT.
